The wind deflector on my chimney got stuck and the wind filled my house with smoke. I called Burning Bush at 10 am on Saturday & Kris was here that same day in the early afternoon & climbed up on our 2 story house. He had it fixed before the upcoming wind & snow projected to arrive on Sunday.
